TRUST AND SAFETY

All of our cleaners are fully background checked prior to becoming a certified cleaner with us and are fully insured which is underwritten by Hiscox.

Any issue before, during or after your clean, please do not hesitate to contact us via the Contact page. Any issues will be dealt with immediately to your satisfaction.

No credit card numbers are stored on our system. We take payments through Stripe who have layers of 256 bit security.

We are committed to ensuring you receive a fantastic service through us. However if you are not satisfied with your clean, please contact us and we will re-send a cleaning professional within 3 days to fix this. If you are still not happy, you will receive a full refund.

If our service doesn’t meet your standards, we will re-send a professional to fix this for you within 3 days. If after the re-clean you are still not happy, we will offer you a full refund, no questions asked.

ACCOUNT

Your account is automatically created when you schedule a clean. Please check your emails to finalise your account.

Log in via our customer portal and click the necessary options to reschedule/cancel.

GETTING STARTED

Currently, we provide one-off cleans, regular home cleans and commercial cleans.

Yes. On our booking page you have the option to include add-ons to your service for your convenience.

Our cleaners will clean your home until they are finished. We do not quote on an hourly basis.

Please see our checklist on our home cleaning page under services. You may request them to focus on a specific part of your property if necessary.

Our cleaners will have their own cleaning supplies unless you request them to use yours.

However we are unable to supply equipment such as vacuums and mops.
